The South-Korean tech brand LG has recently launched its flagship handset called LG G8X ThinQ that comes with a 6.4-inches OLED display, SDM855 SoC, Android 9.0 Pie over LG UX 9.0 skin, 6GB RAM, 128GB internal storage, a dual 12MP+13MP rear cameras, a 32MP selfie camera, and more. Now, talking about the display, the LG G8X ThinQ dual-screen has a Full-HD+ 1080×2340 pixel resolution at a pixel density of 403 ppi. It’s a 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection, HDR10 supported along with Always-on display. There is a dual rear camera setup available that consists of a 12MP primary (f/1.8) sensor with Dual-Pixel PDAF and OIS support. While the secondary 13MP shooter has an ultrawide lens (f/2.4). It also features Dual-LED Dual-Tone Flash, HDR, Panorama, etc. The front packs a 32MP wide (f/1.9) lens with HDR mode. While the rear camera can record up to 4K videos @30/60fps, the front camera can record 4K videos @30fps.
It has the DTS: X Surround Sound, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, and most importantly a 3.5mm audio jack (24/32-bit/192KHz audio). The handset sports a decent 4000mAh battery with 21W fast charging support, USB Power Delivery 2.0, and 9W Wireless Charging support as well. It features an optical under-display fingerprint scanner, an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, compass sensor, and barometer.
