The Galaxy A51 receives the May 2024 security update with One UI build version A516U1UESCGXC3. In the near future, Samsung will release this update to additional countries.
The official details indicate that 45 security issues have been resolved with the May 2024 security patch. Among the 33 vulnerabilities patched by Google, 26 are considered high-level threats, and 3 are considered critical. Among the 25 device-specific upgrades are improvements to Samsung’s multitasking framework and the Secure Folder.
To make sure everything runs smoothly, this update safeguards against security vulnerabilites and bugs. Users can manually check for the update, simply navigate to the Settings menu, pick “Software Update,” and finally click “Download and install” to apply the update.
