Lenovo Z6 launched with SDM730 SoC, Triple Rear Camera and more

The Lenovo Z6 now launched in China with triple rear camera setup and a Snapdragon 730 SoC. The device features an on-screen fingerprint sensor as well. The Lenovo Z6 Pro and Lenovo Z6 Youth Edition already launched in China last year with good specifications. In terms of the design, the Lenovo Z6 sports a waterdrop-style notch display with a slight chin at the bottom and the rear cameras placed vertically.

The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie based on ZUI 11 custom skin. It features a 6.39-inches OLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 730 chipset coupled with up to 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. The storage can be expanded up to 512GB via a MicroSD card.

In terms of the camera department, it sports a triple rear camera setup with a primary 24MP (f/1.8) + a secondary 8MP telephoto lens with 2x optical & 8x hybrid zoom + a 5MP third lens for depth effect. On the front side, there is a 16MP selfie shooter available as well.

It packs a 4,000 mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. The handset includes USB Type-C port, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, a 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. The device measures 157 x 74.5 x 7.97 mm and weighs around 159 grams.

Price and Availability

The device price starts at CNY 1,899 (Rs.19,000 approx) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage option, CNY 2,099 (Rs.21,000 approx) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. While the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model priced CNY 2,499 (Rs.25,000 approx). The device will go on sale on July 9 in China with single Blue color option.
