New features in Minecraft 1.20 Beta and 22w42a Snapshot Updates

Most features from Minecraft Live 2022 have now become available for testing. All Minecraft players will be able to access them by downloading the test builds of the game. Here are some of the features included in the update – Camel, Chiseled Bookshelf, Hanging Signs, Bamboo Wood and Blocks, and Bundles.

Although the features feel complete, they’re still in the testing phase. If you notice any bugs or errors in them, you’ll be able to report the same to Minecraft. Meanwhile, you should keep in mind that the newest snapshot and beta don’t contain Sniffer, the winner of Mob Vote 2022. The mob is still at the early stage of development and will not make it into the game for at least a couple of months.
