Realme C25, Realme GT get December 2021 security patch update

Realme has started updating Realme C25 and Realme GT to December 2021 security patch with a new software update. The latest software update is currently rolling out in India and should start hitting other regions in the coming weeks, where the devices have been launched.

The latest software update for Realme C25 and Realme GT was announced through blog posts (12) on the Realme Community forum. According to the changelog for Realme GT, the new OTA update mainly brings the November as well as December 2021 security patches, thereby making the device more safe and secure than before. It also improves system performance and stability.

Realme C25 is also receiving the December 2021 security patch via the new build. Also, it optimizes system stability and fixes some known issues, which are not detailed in the changelog.

Realme GT December 2021 security update

The December 2021 security update for Realme C25 and Realme GT is rolling out with the firmware versions RMX3193_11.A.25 and RMX2202_11.A.17, respectively. Again, Realme is sending the new OTA update in batches. Therefore, it may take a few days to reach all the users. Meanwhile, you can manually check for new updates via Settings >> Software updates.
