Samsung begins the testing for One UI 4.0 update on eligible Galaxy A51, A71, M32, and F62 handsets

Samsung developers have been working on releasing the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 for eligible devices since they first came up with the update at the tail end of last year. Several flagships and high-end Galaxy devices have already received the update and now it looks like a few others are set to receive the update next month. The Samsung Galaxy A51, A71, M32, and F62 handsets will be receiving the update in April. According to a third-party app, CheckFirm, it has been leaked that One UI 4.0 testing for smartphones has already begun in the Indian region.

Testing starts for Galaxy devices before the update rolls out next month

The new One UI 4.0 build was discovered on March 4th and it is a release tagged with a “C” release name. The build number is reported to be A515FXXU5FVB7 while the Galaxy A71’s build is reported to be A715FXXU8CVB6. This update has also been marked with a “C” build version. Apart from the two A-Series devices, Samsung has started testing the update on Galaxy M32 and F62 as well. Although the Galaxy M32 handset is expected to receive the update in June, the testing has already begun.

The update for Galaxy M32 is reported to come with the build number M325FXXU4BVC1. The Galaxy F62 will be receiving the new update soon as the testing has already begun and its build number is reported to be E62FDDU2BVA8.

Download and install the One UI 4.0 update on the eligible Galaxy devices

As the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 updates for the Galaxy A52, A71, M32, and F62 are expected to arrive soon, it would be smart to know how to download and install the update.   • Look for the Software Update option
  • Tap on Download and Install the update
