Samsung periodically releases new software updates to its earbuds to offer a great experience. The latest build that carries the firmware version R177XXU0AVE1 does not include any major changes. It improves the device’s security and stability. For now, the update is available in South Korea and Samsung does not take too long to expand the update to more regions.
To download the latest software update on your Galaxy Buds 2 wireless earbuds, open the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone. Tap on Earbuds software update and click Download and install. During the installation, you won’t be able to use the earbuds.
