Samsung has started rolling out the April 2024 security patch update for the Galaxy Tab A8. The update comes with stability and bug fixes.
The airborne update is currently available for Galaxy Tab A8 users in Korea and Europe, with a wider rollout expected in the coming days. Users can identify the update through the One UI build version ending with DXD5.
To check and install the update, users can navigate to Settings >> Software Update >> Download and install. If you’re okay with manual flashing, go through the Samsung stock firmware installation guide to manually install the latest software version, depending on your device model.
Before downloading the update, ensure that your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network connection, and that the battery is fully charged.
