Samsung starts rolling out the One UI 5.1 Update for Galaxy F62 and Galaxy M62

For the past few weeks, Samsung has been pushing the new One UI 5.1 update to its numerous devices and now M-Series devices have also started getting the update. The South Korean OEM has started rolling out the One UI 5.1 update for Galaxy F62 and Galaxy M62.

The new update for Galaxy M62 comes with the firmware version M625FXXU3CWB4 and comes with a file size of 1.2 GB. The update is being pushed in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, the update for Galaxy F62 comes with the firmware version E625FDDU3CWB4 with the update going live in India and weighing around 1.2 GB in size. More regions are expected to receive the updates in the coming days and weeks.

The more interesting part of the new One UI 5.1 is the features and changes. The update includes new app opening animation, faster animations, better Gallery search, an easy option to change selfie color tone, a new weather widget, battery percentage widgets, quick access to the Expert RAW camera app, support for family sharing albums in the Gallery app, enhancements for stock apps, improved AR emojis and AR zone, collaborating in Samsung Notes, and more.

Numerous users have already managed to get their hands on the One UI 5.1 update on their Galaxy Fan Edition handsets. Since this is a major update, you might require a healthy chunk of data to download it depending on the update’s size.
