Android 12-based One UI 4.1 Update for Samsung Galaxy M22 is now live

Samsung developers have been busy pushing out the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update for Samsung Galaxy handsets for the past few months. Now, another name has joined the list as Samsung Galaxy M22 devices have officially started receiving the update as well.

Samsung has started rolling out the new update for Galaxy M22 devices in Saudi Arabia and UAE and it comes with the build number M225FVXXU4BFD8. Currently, it is only available for the model number SM-M225FV but more regions are expected to receive the update in the coming days and weeks. The update will be based on Android 12 and feature the April 2022 Security Patch. Moreover, it’ll also feature several new features as well as many important bug fixes and enhancements.

Samsung’s latest One UI 4.1 update will come with new camera features inspired by the Galaxy S22 flagship series. The devices are receiving new camera tools including pet recognition, night portrait functions, improved Director’s view, and lighting position editing functions. It is also noteworthy that the new update will include telephoto portray video mode and there will be Google Duo Live Sharing, an improved Health app, Object Eraser with Shadow & Reflection Eraser, and Grammarly integration with Samsung Keyboard.
