  1. At first, make sure to connect your Android phone with the Windows computer using a USB cable.
  2. Go to the computer and open Computer Management from the Windows Explorer folder. Or you can also right-click to the My PC icon.
  3. Next, select the Device Manager.
  4. Open Portable Devices.
  5. Right-click on the connected device name.
  6. Select Update Driver Software.
  7. In the Hardware Update wizard, you have to select Browse my computer for driver software and click on the Next button.
  8. Now, click on the Browse and then search for the USB Driver folder and select it.
  9. Click on the Next button to install the driver.
  10. You’re done.

If you see that the USB Driver is already installed, then you should upgrade it to the latest version.

  9. Uncheck the Search removable media and check to Include this location in the search.
