Make sure that it’s an internal beta testing and only the Mate X 4G units are applicable for this program as of now. Additionally, the global variant users will also have to wait for a couple of weeks or more. This new Android 10 based software update will bring plenty of new changes and system improvements. It will also offer improved UI elements.
Currently, there only 500 beta testers can become log users, while the 1500 testers will be without log users. The last date of this recruitment process was December 6, 2019. Your Mate X handset should be running on 9.1.1.130 version or above.

The best part is that in January 2020, the company has started rolling out the EMUI 10 beta update publicly for the early adopters in China via OTA in batches and will take some time to arrive as well. The new software update comes with the version 10.0.1.110.
