  1. Install Nova Launcher from Play Store.
  2. Set this launcher as the default or stock home launcher.
  3. Press and hold the home screen and select Widgets.
  4. Look for Nova Launcher widget.
  5. Next, select widgets > Activities.
  6. Search for the System UI option.
  7. Select it and choose System UI Demo Mode.
  8. A new app activity shortcut will create on the home screen.
  9. Launch it and choose Status Bar.
  10. You’re done. Now, launch the System UI Tuner app on your handset and start using it.
