How to fix DirectX 12 Not Supported error on Remnant 2
Method 1: Update Windows
- Head over to Search and then type “Windows Update” before pressing Enter
- Click on the “Check for Updates” option
- After that, download and install the update
Method 2: Update the graphics driver
- If you’ve got an NVIDIA graphics driver, you should head over to NVIDIA’s official driver download website
- Choose your GPU series, model, and OS type, and then press the Search button
- NVIDIA will recommend the ideal GeForce Game Ready Driver
- You should be downloading and installing the updated graphics driver
- After that, launch Remnant 2
- Then, install the newest NVIDIA driver
- Restart your PC after the video driver install
Method 3: Verify the game files
- Start by opening the Steam client -> Library and then locate Remnant 2
- After that, right-click on Remnant 2 before selecting Properties
- Head over to Installed and then select Verify Integrity of Game Files
- Steam will then verify the game files before downloading the missing/corrupted game files
- Once the process finishes, open Remnant 2
Method 4: Add “-d3d12” in Launch Option
- Open Steam before locating Remnant 2
