Users not able to see Instagram Save feature on the web

How to fix Instagram Save to Collection Feature Removed or Missing
While Instagram has removed the ability to save posts to a collection from its website, the same hasn’t been confirmed for reels. As of now, the missing collection icon could either be an intentional change or a minor bug. Head over to the Reel creator’s account, go to their Posts section, and open the chosen Reel. You will see the option to add Reels to the desired collection.
