Fix TikTok “Following Page” not showing or disappeared

TikTok is a social media platform that is largely focused on short video clips and it has seen an undocumented rise to fame in recent years. In fact, TikTok has laid the groundwork for the likes of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The usage instructions are quite simple, you’re offered two tabs – Following and For You. The latter shows the videos that TikTok’s algorithm feels that you’re likely to interact with. The videos won’t necessarily be from your followers, they can even be from content creators that you aren’t following or haven’t interacted with.

But what if you want to only view videos strictly curated based on your topic of interest? In that case, you can hop onto the Following tab. In that section, you’ll only be getting videos from content creators that you follow. But what can you do if TikTok’s Following Page isn’t showing or it has disappeared? In this guide, you’ll get to know what you should do if this error pops up.

  • Click “Me” from the bottom menu bar and click the 3 vertical lines menu icon present in the top-right corner
  • Click “Free up space” and click “Clear” which is located next to “Cache”
