How to fix Call Dropping Issues on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra
Method 1: Toggle Airplane mode
- Open the Quick Settings panel from the top of the screen
- After that, tap on Airplane Mode for enabling it
- Wait for a couple of seconds before disabling it
- Check if this has fixed the issue
Method 2: Use Wi-Fi calling
- Launch the Phone app before tapping on the overflow icon
- After that, select Settings
- Enable the toggle beside the Wi-Fi Calling Switch
- In case you’re enabling it for the first time, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions
Method 3: Reset the network
- To start off, go to Settings -> General Management
- After that, head over to Reset Network Settings and tap on Reset Settings
- Then, press the Reset button and wait until the process is completed

Method 4: Delete Device Cache
- Power off your smartphone
- Press and hold the Power + Volume keys together for a few seconds
- Your smartphone will boot to Recovery Mode
- Now, use the Volume Keys for highlighting the Wipe Cache Partition before hitting the Power key for confirming it
- Use the Volume Keys for highlighting YES and then hit the Power key to confirm it
- This will wipe the Cache data on your device
- Once it is done, press the Reboot System Now option to restart the device

- Go to Settings -> General Management -> Reset
- Tap on Factory Data Reset before selecting Reset
