Huawei Matepad 10.8 is now receiving January 2021 security patch update for system security enhancements. The device was launched with EMUI 10.1 and has been updated to the company’s latest skin, EMUI 11 back in November 2020.
The latest update for Huawei MatePad 10.8 bumps the EMUI version from 11.0.0.145 to 11.0.0.150. This is a minor security patch update and hence does not bring new features or changes to UI. Huawei’s January 2021 security patch fixes 4 critical, 1 medium, and 25 high levels of CVEs which bumps the device security.
As usual, the update is rolling out in batches and may take a while to reach your smartphone. Alternatively, you can manually check for the latest builds on your Huawei Matepad 10.8 using any of the methods mentioned below.
