Nothing Phone 2: Specs, Price and Release Date

OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei also released his latest hype brand, Nothing, and it has been making big waves since its inception last year. The brand’s first attempt at a smartphone was the illuminating Nothing Phone 1 and it ended up being a huge success. Now, several months after the launch of Nothing Phone 1, users are now anticipating the launch of Nothing Phone 2.

If you’re looking to find out more about the upcoming phone, then this guide is perfect for you. In this guide, you will get to know the Specs, Price, Release Date, and everything you need to know about Nothing Phone 2.

Rumored specs of Nothing Phone 2

The Nothing Phone 1 featured a distinct look that set it apart from competitors. This was thanks to “The Glyph”, the lights on the back of the smartphone. The Glyph can see a few changes with the latest release. It is possible that the OEM could make the lights brighter and more power-efficient.

As for the internals, the upcoming device is expected to offer a more premium experience than its predecessor. At MWC 2023, Nothing confirmed that it would be using a Snapdragon 8 Series process for the Nothing Phone 2. Although it isn’t known if the chip will be an 8 Gen 1, 8 Gen 1, or 8 Gen 2.

Further, the rumored specs also suggest that Nothing Phone 2 could have at least 12 GB of RAM, a 5,000mAh, support for virtual RAM borrowed from 256 GB of internal storage. Moreover, the device can also have an adaptive AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate.

Although there isn’t an official release date, the release of the upcoming smartphone is expected to be somewhere in the Summer of 2023 (Between June and September). It is expected the device might arrive around late June or early July. If the brand is nostalgic about dates, Nothing Phone 2 could arrive on July 12, exactly one year after the launch of Nothing Phone 1.
