Samsung has been slowly pushing its latest skin (OneUI 3.0) to some of its high-end smartphones. Samsung is yet to finish the One UI 3.0 rollout and news regarding its upcoming skin One UI 3.1 have started surfacing on the internet.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 series is expected to come with Android 11 with One UI 3.1 skin on the top. Recent leaks suggest that Samsung will unveil its Galaxy S21 series on January 14 which reportedly includes 3 smartphones: Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra.
