This year OnePlus has launched two new flagship smartphones called OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. As a non-Pixel brand, OnePlus always provides faster and frequent software updates to its devices. After the Google Pixel and Essential Phone, OnePlus offers the latest Android Security Patch levels as well. Now, OnePlus 7 Pro OxygenOS 9.5.11 update rolling out with August Patch. The software also brings some of the system improvements and bug fixes. This time OnePlus has beaten Google in terms of providing the latest security patch update.
OnePlus 7 Pro OxygenOS 9.5.11 Update with August 2019 Patch
The OxygenOS 9.5.11 update brings the latest August 2019 Android Security Patch level and also fixes the adaptive brightness issue in low lighting conditions. The company has also optimized touch sensitivity issue while gameplay. Additionally, users can use the calling interface easily without any notification bar opening issue accidentally. Previously, OnePlus has released a huge camera improvement update for both the new models.
OnePlus always rolls out firmware updates in batches. However, OnePlus users don’t have to wait for a long to get an OTA update notification. In case, if your device isn’t getting the latest update automatically, check out for manual OTA updates. Go to Settings > Software updates > Check for updates.
