  • Navigate to platform tool folder address bar type CMD and press Enter.
  • Comand Prompt will open.
  • Now type the command fastboot devices
  • Now look if you are getting the serial ID or not, if not Install Fastboot Drivers.
  • Then type the command fastboot -w
  • Now boot your device to the OS using the command fastboot reboot.
