Going by previous reports, the Galaxy A14 5G has a 6.8-inch LCD display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The device runs Android 13-based One UI 5.0 out of the box and could get at least two major Android OS updates. On the front, it has a 13MP selfie camera. On the rear, the device has a 50MP primary camera and a secondary camera.
Samsung could launch the device in two variants, one with the Exynos 1330 processor and the other with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset. Both variants could have 4GB RAM, 64GB/128GB internal storage, and a microSD card slot. It could also feature 15W fast charging.
In terms of pricing, the Galaxy A14 5G is expected to be priced around the INR 15,000 (about $205) mark. This would make it one of the most affordable 5G smartphones in India.
