Since then, the company has been rolling out the latest security patch at a massive pace. Now, the Galaxy S10 series joins the May 2021 security patch party with the latest update.
The Galaxy S10 series consists of three phones: Galaxy S10, S10e, and S10+. The update is currently rolling out in Europe with firmware versions G970FXXUAFUE3, G973FXXUAFUE3, and G975FXXUAFUE3 respectively for Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10+. We expect the update to reach other regions in the coming days.
The May 2021 security patch for Samsung phones fixes 3 critical CVEs, 24 high CVEs, and 17 moderate security vulnerabilities for better system security. Apart from this, the update patches critical security vulnerability found in devices with Qualcomm 5G modems.
