Samsung Galaxy S21 FE started receiving the February 2022 security patch update last month. But, the rollout was limited to carrier-locked versions in the US, which is now expanding to more regions. The February 2022 security update for Galaxy S21 FE is now rolling out in Europe.

The latest OTA update for Samsung Galaxy S21 FE comes with the firmware version G990BXXS1BVB3. It has started to roll out in Europe and is expected to reach Asia, Africa, and South America soon. The February 2022 security patch update is unlikely to bring any new features. Through, it might include general bug fixing and device stability improvements.

The February 2022 security patch for Samsung phones fixes 2 critical, 29 high, and 15 moderate levels of vulnerabilities to improve system security and privacy.

 out of the box. The device came with the latest version of One UI skin – One UI 4. It will continue to receive Android OS updates all the way to Android 16.
