WhatsApp Testing High-Quality Image Sharing Feature with Beta Version 2.23.2.11

WhatsApp users, rejoice! The popular messaging app is working on a new feature that will allow you to share high-quality photos without any compression. This was spotted in the latest WhatsApp beta app version 2.23.2.11 for Android by WABetaInfo, and it’s sure to be a welcome addition for all of us who love sharing our best moments with friends and family through WhatsApp!

When you’re sending images, there will now be an icon at the top of the drawing tool menu which allows you to access ‘Photo Quality’ settings – tapping this option gives you more control over how your pictures are shared with other people on WhatsApp than ever before.

You’ll have three options available: Auto mode (which automatically selects image quality based on connection speed), Data Saver mode (which sends images in 0.9MP resolution) or Best Quality mode (1.4MP resolution).
