Samsung rolled out the March 2024 security update to international versions of the Galaxy A02s and Galaxy A05s, identified as SM-A025F and SM-A057F, respectively. Just like all previous security updates, it was initially targeting high-end and mid-range devices. Now, the focus has shifted to entry-level models.
As per sammobile, this update addresses 45 security vulnerabilities, which makes it a very important update for the devices. The update is currently being rolled out in a staged manner. So it will take up to a few days to come to all eligible devices.
For the Galaxy A02s, the latest firmware version is A025FXXS7CXC1, while the Galaxy A05s receives version A057FXXS2BXC3. The rollout is active in Asian countries, with plans to extend to other regions soon.
