Google Releases Android 13 QPR3 Beta 2.1 with Modem Updates for Pixel Phones

Pixel phone owners have great news to celebrate! Google has released the latest Quarterly Platform Release (QPR) for Pixel phones, labeled as Android 13 QPR3 beta 2.1. This is an incremental update that comes almost one week after the second beta and includes modem updates for eligible devices.

The new software is available with T3B2.230316.005 build number and weighs approximately 7MB in size; however, it still runs on March 2023 monthly security patch – but we can expect newer patches with future builds of this version of Android OS soon enough!

The list of eligible devices include: Pixel 4a, 5G 4a, 5 ,5A ,6 Pro 6A 7 &7 Pro . The only change users will notice right away is modem updates but they should also be able to experience system-wide enhancements over time too – making their device run faster and smoother than ever before!.

  • Modem updates

If your Pixel is already running on a QPR build, then you will receive the update over-the-air. However, if you are on the stable Android 13 update, then you will need to join the Android beta program to try out the new software. To enroll in the beta program, head over to the Android Beta Program website. Once enrolled, you can update your phone to the latest Android 13 QPR release.
