Honor 20i is now receiving a new software update based on EMUI 10. It brings the latest security patch released in March 2021 that enhances device security by fixing multiple security vulnerabilities.
The update weighs 122MB and can be identified by software version 10.0.0.179. March 2021 security patch for Honor smartphones fixes 2 Critical, 13 High levels, and 131 Medium levels CVE’s (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures).
To update your Honor 20i with the latest package navigate to Settings >> System & updates >> Software update >> Check for updates. The same can also be done through the Support app. Navigate to Support app >> Services >> Update >> Check for updates.
