Honor X10 and 20S are now receiving a new software update based on Magic UI 3.1. The update bumps the Android monthly security patch level to February 2021, which according to the official bulletin, fixes 2 Critical, 26 High levels, and 77 Medium levels of CVE’s for better system protection.
The latest update for Honor X10 comes with firmware version 3.1.1.191 and a package size of 250MB. Honor 20S on the other hand is receiving this update with version 10.1.0.108 and weighs just above 200MB in size. As this is a minor security patch update, don’t expect to see some new feature or UI changes.
As usual, the update is rolling out in batches for both the phone. Therefore, it may take a while to reach your Honor X10 or Honor 20S. You can manually check for the latest builds by heading to Settings -> System & updates -> Software update -> Check for updates. To update using the Support app, navigate to Support App-> Services -> Update > Check for updates.
