Xiaomi is rolling out a new update to Redmi K30 5G users in China. The update bumps the Android monthly security patch to February 2021 which enhances the device security.
The latest update is based on Android 11 and comes with firmware version V12.1.6.0.RGICNXM. In addition to a new security patch, it does not bring any new features.
Redmi K30 5G users which have not received this new security patch can manually check it by navigating to Settings -> About phone -> System update. Alternatively, we have added a download link for the latest package that weighs 3.3GB in size. Installing the package requires a decent knowledge about flashing ROM. So, proceed with the manual installation at your own risk.
