Method 2: Clear appdata junk files
- First, you should open the Run dialog box by pressing the Windows + R keys and then type %appdata%
- Press the “Enter” key for opening the appdata folder
- Then, you should locate and delete the folders related to Star Citizen or RSI launcher
- After that, return to the Run dialog box before typing %localappdata
- Then, you need to press the “Enter” key once more the open another appdata folder before deleting the folder related to Star Citizen or RSI launcher

- Then, download and install RSI Launcher by going to the RSI official website
- Now, you should open RSI Launcher before logging in with your credentials
