As opposed to being an issue that appears predominantly on PC, it is more common on consoles. Some users have reported that they are experiencing this error message since the recent update. Specifically, this error largely occurs when you are playing the normal MP mode.
While frustrating and annoying, luckily, “Lobby Not Found Error” has a rather easy fix. According to many reports from players who have experienced the same issue, the solution is quite simple. Namely, all you need to do is disconnect and reconnect your Wi-Fi or Ethernet from the console. While you are doing this, you can also power cycle the router. Here is how you can do this –
- Unplug the Ethernet cable from the console or disconnect the Wi-Fi
- Turn off your console and then unplug it
- Unplug the router from the electrical socket
- Wait for 3-4 minutes
- Now, plug the router back in before turning it on
- Lastly, turn on the console and then reconnect your Wi-Fi or Ethernet
