Method 2: Wait until Rasputin has finished talking
The only other way of rectifying or rather mitigating this issue would be waiting until Rasputin has finished talking before opening the door. Otherwise, the Mission Operation: Sancus Bunker will lock up and you wouldn’t be able to progress ahead. You should try this tweak and check if the issue still persists.
