Huawei Nova 5z receiving HarmonyOS 2.0.0.230 update: see what’s new?

Huawei has released a new HarmonyOS update for the Nova 5z users. The latest software update allows the device to connect with some Huawei AIoT products. The new update also includes several optimizations and fixes.

The latest software update for Huawei Nova 5z can be identified by the firmware version HarmonyOS 2.0.0.230. It does not include any major changes. However, Huawei has added several minor tweaks. According to the changelog shared by Huaweiupdate, the update adds a quick download icon for popular applications.

Huawei has optimized the gaming experience by including mistouch prevention while playing games. Nova 5z gets Senior model settings with the latest update that makes it easy for senior people to use the device. It includes features like large font size, long touch response time, etc. The device is getting a fix to ringtone stacks problems in some scenarios.

You can also download the latest update through the My Huawei app. Open the app, go to the Update section, and then follow on-screen instructions to install the latest update.
