Huawei P Smart 2019 Android 10 (EMUI 10) stable update arrives

Back in 2018, Huawei has launched one of its budget segment handset called Huawei P Smart 2019. The device came with Android 9.0 Pie on the top of EMUI 9.1 out-of-the-box. Currently, the handset is getting the EMUI 10 (Android 10) stable update. The Huawei P Smart 2019 Android 10 update along with the older December 2019 Security Patch.

Currently, the software update is rolling out in Europe and soon will arrive at the rest of the regions as well. The wider roll-out process has been started globally as some of the users have received the same update in the Middle East as well. It brings the new software version EMUI 10.0.0.158(C185E3R1P3) that comes in a huge size of 3.39GB.

It brings all the goodies of the Android 10 like the system-wide dark mode, gesture navigation, improved UI, system stability, smart reply, focus mode, and more. While the security patch brings improved system security as well.

If you’re a Huawei P Smart 2019 smartphone user and waiting for the stable Android 10 update, then you should check the software update on your device manually. Just head over to the Settings app on your device – tap on System – tap on Software update – tap on Check for updates. However, you can easily get the latest firmware OTA update via the Huawei HiCare app.
