Vivo’s spinoff iQOO has started rolling out the FuntouchOS 13 back in October. The iQOO Neo 6 became the brand’s first smartphone to receive the new Android 13 build that month. Now, two months later, the update has gone live for another eligible smartphone – iQOO 7. The OEM has started pushing the Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 update for iQOO 7 and it comes with several new and exciting features. The update can be easily identified as it comes with the software version PD2055F_EX_A_8.70.29. Currently, the update is only available for a selected number of users and a broader rollout is expected in the coming days and weeks.
Changelog for the FuntouchOS 13 update
iQOO 7 came out with Android 11 OS out of the box and the Android 13 update will be its first major OS update. The update weighs a hefty 4.67 GB, which means you will need to connect your device to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection and have ample battery backup to seamlessly install this update.
