POCO X3 Pro India launch seems imminent as it bags BIS certification

POCO announced the POCO X3 back in September for the Indian market. Now, The company seems to be gearing up to launch POCO X3 Pro. It was recently spotted on FCC certification with model number M2102J20SG. Today, the device appeared on BIS certification, which hints that it will also head to the Indian market.

BIS listing reveals that the India variant of POCO X3 Pro has model number M2102J20SI. The BIS listing fails to reveal any more details. From the FCC listing, we already know that the device has dual-band Wi-Fi, NFC, and MIUI 12 skin at the top. POCO X3 Pro has LTE bands only, so, it will not offer 5G connectivity.

A recent XDA report mentions that POCO X3 Pro has the code name “vayu” and “bhima”. These two different codenames may refer to two different variants of the device. Things will be more clear as we get more details. As of now, there is no word from the company for the launch of POCO X3 Pro. But, getting multiple certifications hits that the launch is drawing near.
