Latest Realme 9 update brings April 2022 security patch and camera improvements

Realme 9 was recently launched as a budget phone with a 90Hz display, triple rear cameras, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for fast charging. The smartphone was launched in 4G and 5G variants. The former came in March with Android 11, while the latter arrived a month later with Android 12 out of the box. Realme 9 4G is getting a new Realme UI update that brings the April 2022 security patch to enhance system security and privacy by fixing numerous vulnerabilities. This is the second software update for the device. It brings more than just vulnerability fixes.

The Realme phone is getting a super anti-shaking feature for rear video recording. The front camera is also getting an ani-shaking feature for videos. The software update also includes optimizations to the imaging color of some rear camera scenes, rear camera wide-angle preview screen clarity, zoom clarity of rear main camera, and front video clarity.
