Realme C20 and Realme 8 Pro have started receiving the latest security patch update in India. The new OTA update brings the October and November 2021 security patches and several fixes/improvements to the system.
The November 2021 software update for Realme C20 and Realme 8 Pro was announced through posts on the Realme community forum (1, 2). According to the changelog mentioned there, the update for Realme C20 brings October and November 2021 security patches. It also brings system stability improvements and fixes to some known issues, which are not detailed in the changelog.
Realme 8 Pro’s latest update also brings the October and November 2021 security patches. As per the changelog, the device also gets improvements to system performance and stability.
Realme is sending the November 2021 software update to Realme C20 and Realme 8 Pro users in a staged fashion, as it usually does. So, it will initially reach a limited number of users, followed by a broader rollout in the coming days. Meanwhile, you can manually check for the update by heading to Settings >> Software updates.
