Realme UI 2.0 early access beta program goes live for Realme X and XT

Realme has finally announced the Android-11 based Realme UI 2.0 early access beta program for Realme X and XT. The beta program lets a specific number of users test the beta builds before they are released for all the users. The beta program is currently live for Indian users and should be available in more regions very soon.

Realme XT

As per the official forum post, users who are interested in testing beta builds will need to update their Realme X and XT to software version RMX1901EX_11.C.11 and RMX1921EX_11_C.13 respectively.

How to register for Realme UI 2.0 Early Access Beta Program

  • Go to Settings >> Software update
  • Tap on the Settings icon, located at the top-right corner
  • Then, tap on “Upgrade early adopters”
  • Finally, register yourself by tapping on Apply Now

It’s important to note that early access beta builds are not very stable and prone to have bugs. So, updating your device with beta builds may bring some issues. Therefore, it is always recommended not to install any beta builds on your primary phone.

Realme UI 2.0 is the company’s latest skin which is based on Android 11 OS. It brings a host of new features including Customizable dark mode, Sleep capsule, Dual-mode audio, System cloner, Customizable AOD, a refreshed UI, and floating window feature.
