How to Revert OnePlus 5T to Stock OxygenOS from Android 8.1 Oreo

Here we are sharing a guide to Revert OnePlus 5T to Stock OxygenOS from Android 8.1 Oreo: OnePlus is a popular Chinese smartphone manufacturer who is dominating the mid-range smartphone segment with the launch of OnePlus5 and OnePlus 5T last year. The company launched OnePlus 5 in the middle of 2017 but its design did not go down well with the smartphone users because it is not a bezel-less smartphone like other mid-range smartphones available in the market. This prompted the company to launch a new version with the name of OnePlus 5T and soon the smartphone became one of the bestsellers.

OnePlus 5T is a developer-friendly smartphone which means if you root the smartphone to install custom ROM, the smartphone will not become void of its warranty period. OnePlus 5 and OnePlus3/3T have recently received Android Oreo-based OxygenOS but OnePlus 5T is yet to receive it. Hence, there are many who have installed custom ROMs that are based on Android Oreo 8.1.

But they might be finding it difficult to go back to the stock OxygenOSfrom Android 8.1 Oreo-based ROM because clean flashing the stock ROM from TWRP recovery does not work. The followings are the steps to revert OnePlus 5T to stock OxygenOS from Android 8.1 Oreo.
