The latest software update for Samsung Galaxy A13 5G can be identified by the firmware version A136U1UES1AVD2. It has been released for the unlocked variant of Galaxy A13 in the country. And, the South Korean giant generally takes too long to release the update for unlocked variants.

The April 2022 security patch for Samsung Galaxy phones fixes dozens of vulnerabilities from Google and Samsung, including 27 high and 18 moderate level CVEs. More specifically, the vulnerabilities are related to the Samsung Contacts app, Knox Manage, One UI Home, Samsung DeX Home, and more.

Galaxy A13 5G April update

Samsung released the Galaxy A13 5G last year with Android 11 out of the box. The device is eligible to receive the Android 12 upgrade. But, there’s no information from the company on when the device will pick up its next major Android update.

Back to the April update, it has started rolling out to the Galaxy A13 5G users in the US. The update might take a couple of days to reach all the users. So, either wait for the notification or navigate to Settings >> Software updates to check for new updates.
