Google Play Store is one of the primary choices for Android users due to its reliability and safety protocols. However, it seems that there are plenty of potential security risks present in the Play Store. While some applications and games also require creating an account. But removing such accounts was difficult earlier. Well, not any more. You can now request to Delete Google Play App Accounts quite easily.
We can already see that Google now allows Android users to easily request the deletion process of an app account or data specifically. Creating an app account in the Play Store can be problematic but Google makes things much easier for Android users.
The latest February 2024 Google System Update consists of a couple of new features and improvements for a better user experience.
As per the Google System Release Notes, the latest Google Play Store version 39.7 brings the following changes:
- [Phone] You can now request data and account deletion from the App Details page by clicking a direct link to the Developer site.
- [Phone] You can now see and launch games you’ve recently played.

This isn’t the first time that such things come to light. Google stated that the Play App Account Deletion will give users transparency and control over their user data.
Apps that support account creation, will also allow the users to delete their app account and associated data via the application or web.
Even though this is an overdue requested feature by the Android fans, it’s better late than never. We should mention that it’s a notable improvement for user privacy.
