Verizon LG K8 V VS50020h March 2018 Security Patch (OTA Update): The LG K8 V comes equipped with a 5.0-inch screen 720P HD Display. It is powered by an octa-core 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 212 coupled 1.5GB of RAM.It has 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD. The LG K8 V sports an 8 MP rear primary camera and a 5MP front-facing camera.

Verizon has started rolling out latest March 2018 security patch update for LG K8 V via OTA.The OTA has been rolled out in the US  and only available for Verizon users.This update comes with the latest security patch update which was released by Google in March Security.The update comes with build number VS50020h.The update brings some bug fixes which were available in the previous build.It also brings stability and performance improvements.Thus, you should download and install the update to your Verizon LG K8 V which will come as an OTA update to your phone.

You can manually check for the update from Settings > General  > About Phone  > Update Center.If there is no update showing on your device, then wait for few days for the update to come to your device as it is being released phase-wise manner.

Note:

Before installing the updates, make sure your device is connected to a good wifi and your device has more than 50 percent battery life remaining
