Zenfone 8 gets battery improvement and several optimizations with the new update

Asus Zenfone 8 is the company’s compact flagship phone which was launched alongside the Zenfone 8 Flip in May this year. The company is sending a new software update to Zenfone 8 that brings improvements to power consumption and several optimizations.

The new update for Zenfone 8 can be identified by firmware version 30.11.51.60. As per the official post, the latest build is currently being rolled out for Zenfone 8 phones carries model number ZS590KS. This counts as system update number 4 for the smartphone since its launch. 

As per the changelog, the update should extend battery life to some extent. It also brings optimizations to system stability and fingerprint stability for a better user experience.
