Android 14 QPR2 Changelog released for the Pixel 8 series with March 2024 Security Update

Google is finally pushing the much-awaited Android 14 QPR2 update along with the latest March 2024 security patch level for eligible Pixel devices. But it seems that the current generation Google Pixel 8 series with March 2024 security update is getting a huge changelog.

Both the Google Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro models are receiving plenty of bug fixes and improvements that can be useful for every Pixel 8 lineup owner. As per the update changelog, there are almost 34 fixes and improvements that came out with this Android 14 QPR2 update for multiple categories.

It includes Apps, Display, Assistant, Bluetooth, Biometrics, Camera, Media, User Interface, Framework, Sensors, System, Calling, Wi-Fi, and more. This update also brings several fixes for other Pixel models respectively. You can check out the update changelog below.

Users are already getting the OTA update on several models containing from 132MB to 152MB file sizes. However, if you’re not receiving the OTA update, make sure your handset is enrolled for the beta program.

Then go to Settings > System > Software updates > System update. Once available, tap on Download and Install to get it installed. Don’t forget to restart the device to apply changes.

Alternatively, you can manually sideload the OTA file or flash the factory images from the official repository of Android.
