Oppo rolls out the May 2020 patch for Oppo Find X2 Pro and April 2020 patch for Oppo R17 & R17 Pro

Oppo has started seeding the May 2020 security patch update to Oppo Find X2 Pro users. The update is being rolled out as an OTA and in a phased manner. It brings software version number CPH2025_11_A.18

The latest update brings many bug fixes which improve the security and stability of the device. It also optimizes the performance of the smartphone. The new update improves the camera effects and user experience. Check out the full changelog below.

Manual update guide

Now, there is no download link available at this time. So, all the interested users may have to wait for the OTA update notice. Additionally, users can manually check for the OTA update via Settings – Software updates – Download updates manually. If available, you can download and install the latest OTA update.

Two other Oppo devices have also received an update. The Oppo R17 and Oppo R17 Pro users have started receiving the April 2020 security patch update. The update brings software version CPH1879EX_11.C.12 for Oppo R17 and CPH1877EX_11_C.28 for Oppo R17 Pro
