How to fix NBA 2K23 Daily Prize Not Working issue
It’s of no use to beat around the bush, as of now, the Daily Prizes are bugged and can’t be claimed at all. Since launch, the players are reported that they’re getting different items like Hardwood classic jerseys, NBA store items, Jordan items, and so on. However, on checking the inventory, they cannot find the Daily Prize rewards.
The same will apply to the Daily Prizes, which should be claimed via the in-game store. When checking the store, the items are nowhere to be found here. Hence, you won’t be able to claim them.

From different community channels, it can be found that players have tried everything to find the missing rewards but nothing seems to be working.
