  • To start off, you’ll need to download and extract UETools Mod and the dependency Blueprint Apparate Modloader
  • After that, head over to the game installation directory and in that, you should go to “…PhoenixContentPaks”
  • Here, you’ll have to check if there is a “~mods” folder
  • If there isn’t a folder, you will need to create a new folder and then name it “~mods”
  • Transfer the content of the UETools Mod and Blueprint Apparate Modloader to the folder you created above
  • Once it is done, you should launch the game and once you’re in the Main Menu, you should press F8
  • This will bring the Blueprints Apparate
  • Click in the text field, type in UETools, and then hit Enter
  • Press ` on the keyboard for opening Developer console or press it twice for opening Developer Console in fullscreen
  • Type in either UETools_Help or HL_Help before referring to the command beside weather/season change and then run it
